I try all possible solutions but i could not fix it. I try port forward to UDP 500 and 4500 , i try DMZ , i check IKE and AuthIP IPsec, i check secret key.

After a while I was able to connect using the Notel VPN client through my home wi-fi!! Hope this helps! If not then go to homesupport.cisco.com and post a question in the forums and I bet someone will repond back to you or call the Linksys support line.

This could be because one of the network devices (e.g. firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections.
