This online tool translates that particular website into another language and makes it easy to access even it is blocked by your institution. I am trying to unblock fangoria.com and dreadcentral.com by adding them to my "Always Allow" list. I have cleared my dns cache and browser history / cache, after adding those two sites to my allow list. Checked 30 minutes later, and both sites are still blocked. Any other suggestions, or tips that I might be missing?
